User Productivity Kit (UPK) Information

Welcome to the Core-CT UPK Support Page

Oracle's User Productivity Kit (UPK) is an online, highly interactive training tool with animated training simulations. It is the web-based training method for Core-CT users. Follow the instructions below to access the UPK exercises:

Start by logging into Core-CT production with your user ID and password. Click the ‘Core-CT Help’ tab displayed on the main Portal homepage. The UPK content area is displayed on the far right of the page. Click the link for either ‘Financials UPK’, ‘EPM UPK’, or ‘HCM UPK’.

Core-CT strongly suggests that users first open the PowerPoint show User Productivity Kit Instructions explaining how to use the UPK tool. The instructions will explain the different modes available. Including the “Know It” mode, where users can self-test their knowledge and print the scoring results.
