Chartfield Maintenance Instructions and Forms

As of March 13, 2017 all Chartfield Requests and Payroll Account Code Requests will be submitted online directly through Core-CT.

There are 3 new online forms as follows:

1. Chartfield Request Form used for Fund, SID, Department, Program, Chartfield1, and Chartfield2.
2. Project ID Request Form used for Non-Project Costing Project IDs.
3. Payroll Account Code Request Form for HR Payroll Account Codes.
