System Lockout
Please be informed that there will be a system lockout due to the Core-CT PUM Upgrade beginning at
12:00 PM EST on November 21, 2024. During this time, you cannot process any transactions past 12:00 PM, so please plan your activities accordingly to avoid disruptions.
Additionally, please note that the payroll confirmation will occur on November 20, 2024, instead of November 21, 2024. This change is necessary to accommodate the system lockout. Kindly ensure that all payroll-related tasks are completed by the new confirmation date.
User Groups
Sessions are available for registration on the
Core-CT Modernization Training Registration Page.* Registration is required in order to attend.
Recordings and transcripts will be posted after each event. Users will receive an email confirmation, as well as a reminder approximately one hour prior to the event, with a link to Join the meeting. You will also want to use the option to
‘Add to Your Calendar’ so that the link will be easily accessible from your MS Teams calendar.

This HCM PUM Delta User Group Webinar will go over updates, new items and tips and tricks introduced by the PUM Upgrade. The webinar will go into Navigation and Approvals, Security, Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll, Pension/RSD, Time & Labor, TRS, EPM and the Help Desk.
